Its is also refereed to as China Salt in many other countries and its a question we get asked by our customers many times: “Do you use mono-sodium glutamate in your Chinese and Thai cooking?“
And the answer is simple: – NO! – We never have and never will allow mono-sodium glutamate to be used in our food.
